Product Application
Sulfolane is a polar solvent with strong dissolving power and excellent selectivity. It is capable of dissolving or being miscible with most organic compounds and polymers. It is widely used as an extraction solvent for aromatic hydrocarbons, a medium for polymer spinning and film casting, and in the purification of natural gas, synthesis gas, and refinery gas. It is also applied in gas purification and desulfurization processes, as well as a solvent in rubber and plastics production.
Additionally, it can be used in the textile printing and dyeing industry as an auxiliary agent to enhance color brightness and uniformity.
