Product Details

Tocopherol succinate (CAS 4345-03-3) is a potent antioxidant that protects mice from gamma radiation by inducing granulocyte-colony stimulating factor. It induces apoptosis in human gastric cancer cells, inhibits mesothelioma cell proliferation through down-regulation of fibroblast growth factor receptor-1 (FGFR-1), and also promotes apoptosis in neuroblastoma cells.

Product Application

A potent and novel antineoplastic agent with high selectivity that works cooperatively with tumor necrosis factor-related apoptosis-inducing ligand (Apo2 ligand). It inhibits mesothelioma cell proliferation through selective down-regulation of fibroblast growth factor receptors and has been shown to enhance the antitumor effects of dendritic cell vaccines.
